Deputy Tax Collector: Regulated and enforced collection of delinquent tangible personal property taxes and occupational licenses utilizing investigative and research procedures in conjunction with the knowledge of property tax laws and procedures. Prepared monthly reports and conducted multi-million dollar sale of tax certificates to private investors for delinquent property taxes. Responsibilities required extensive work with the general public.
